RETURNING FOR REPLACEMENT AND REFUND

If there is a problem with the quality of the watch, damaged in the shipping process or you received the wrong watch you can return it and get full refund within 7 days after we received your watch.

 

GENERAL RETURNS

  1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
  2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an refund and any shipping fees.
  3. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

 

RETURNING FOR REFUND

Quality Issues:

We will be responsible for refund if there are any product quality problems within 7 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will Refund the product. After we receive your item, The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
